BASIC VALUE 1 INTERNET POLICIES

 

Value 1 Internet emails all invoices/statements to our clients VI1 email address. 

($2 additional to have US Postal mail delivered)

 

All invoices/statements are sent out on or about the first of each month even if zero balance due.

 

Balances are due (in full) by the tenth of the month, or a $5.00 late fee will be applied to the account.  Any account not paid in full by the 20th of the month will be suspended until full payment has been made.  A $10.00 reconnection fee applies.  No one with a previous balance may resign as a new client unless the old billing is paid in full.

 

Clients using a credit card for service payments, must agree to allow Value 1 Internet to charge their card on the first of the month that their bill becomes due.  This option continues until the credit card holder contacts Value 1 Internet (via phone, mail or email) and informs VI1 of a change.

 

There are no refunds, unless Value 1 Internet fails to provide the internet service as described by the plan a client purchases.  Moving, changing providers, computer problems, and other such issues are not Value 1 Internets fault.  Value 1 Internet will attempt to help our clients to the best of our abilities, with information and suggestions.

 

Value 1 Internet’s mission is to provide reliable, stable internet service and support for our customers at a reasonable cost.

 

Anyone wishing to contact Value 1 Internet about a problem or issue must do so through the established phone numbers and email addresses listed on this web site.  No other forms of contact will be accepted.

 

Spammers, hackers and phishers are not tolerated, and will be dealt with to the full extent that the law will allow.  Any charges resulting from or caused by the afore mentioned will be billed to the guilty parties account and their account will be cancelled without refund or recourse.
